This is not the tale of just one person, one bar or even one spirit. When Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry arrived in New York, they had a plan. A Trojan Horse of a plan: to smuggle the world’s best cocktail bar inside the cozy surroundings of a traditional old Irish pub. It worked.

The Dead Rabbit quickly won the respect of our peers and, most importantly, the devoted appreciation of visitors from all over the world. (And, yeah, we picked up an award or ten as well.)

One newspaper declared, “the Dead Rabbit takes a time-honored tradition of hospitality, a sense of history… and turns them into a modern Irish bar that is accessible, irresistible, even fiercely romantic.” We can live with that.

Of course, it didn’t happen overnight. In all, it took us six years to breathe life into the phenomenon that is the Dead Rabbit.

Six years of planning and dreaming, of failing, then failing better. Finally we got exactly what we wanted: three floors of welcome, with serious cocktails.

Delivered chilled

Cocktails are never pasteurised - they are always fresh and are delivered chilled in our sustainable wool lined boxes. All packaging is either completely recyclable or compostable.

Easy to serve

These are finished cocktails, not cocktail kits. We have done all the hard work for you...
