I wanted to create a summer martini and ripe melon came to mind, so I infused it into Plymouth. I added cucumber for some savory, herbaceous notes. The Chamomile and citrus Boston Bitters and spiced falernum gave depth and played well with the fresh melon and gin. I used Dolin Blanc to give “fat” to the drink as dry vermouth was too herbaceous and dry. The sugar content in the Blanc gave balance and longevity to the drink. 


Honeydew & Cucumber infused Plymouth, Dolin Blanc, Velvet Falernum, Boston Bittahs.

The product contains sulfites (at more than 10mg/l)

How to serve

Stir with cubed ice, strain into a small cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.  


Hand made with fresh ingredients and premium spirits.

These are freshly made and unpasteurised with no added colours, flavours, stabilisers or preservatives.

Shake the bottle before serving

Cocktails will arrive very cold - keep refrigerated (below 5 degrees) and enjoy with 5 days. Suitable for home freezing for up to 12 months. Once defrosted consume immediately. 


Bottle size is 250ml and contains 4 x 75ml serves.
