Please read the following terms and conditions carefully in relation to Twenty First Amendment Ltd t/a Cocktail Market - Co Number 8774396. (also referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website www.pontooncocktails.com and placing an order with us you are agreeing to the conditions that appear below. These terms and conditions were last updated on 2nd October 2020. Please review them as they may change from time to time.
Our products are made from fresh ingredients. Separation is natural and products require shaking before opening. All products require refrigeration and must be consumed in line with the shelf life and instructions on the pack - all products will have five days shelf life on delivery. The flavour, colour and texture of ingredients used in products can vary according to the country of origin, seasonality and variety. Therefore, the appearance of products may vary and may not always be in line with the imagery contained in the website. We reserve the right to change the ingredients in the products produced in line with seasonality and availability of ingredients.
When placing an order you will check-out as a guest or open and account. You must be 18 years of age to place an order with Cocktail Market.
Please see our FAQ's for full details of the delivery service that we provide. We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of mainland UK, but there may be some exceptions on a case-by-case basis. When you have placed your order we will inform you if there are any additional charges or timing limitations associated with your selected postcode and you will be given the option of a refund.
When completing your order you will be asked to select an available delivery date. When your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation with the delivery date. Our delivery time is between 08.00 and 20.00 on the selected day of delivery. It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time. Although we endeavour to complete all deliveries within the designated time slots, we do not guarantee the delivery time or compensate the customer for deliveries outside of these time slots.
Orders will be delivered to your address as stated at check-out when you make your purchase. All deliveries will need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to make suitable arrangements for the receipt of the delivery and provide appropriate instructions. If you request delivery to a work address you are responsible for informing us of a delivery point that is acceptable to your employer and for providing an alternative contact person who will be available in your absence. It is not acceptable to provide a telephone number for delivery, as it will not always be possible for the delivery person to call a telephone. All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors or omissions must be reported by email to Cocktail Market at help@cocktailmarket.co.uk within 3 hours of receipt of your order. Any issues reported after this time period will not be accepted and no action will be taken to amend the delivery contents. Changes to your delivery address or date must be notified to us by email no less than two full working days before your delivery date. We are not obliged to accommodate late changes to your delivery address or date. Once goods have been dispatched it is not possible to change the delivery address. You will need to be in to accept delivery. All deliveries must be received by a person over the age of 18 and proof of age may be required.
Orders will be delivered chilled and must be refrigerated straight away. Products should not be left unrefrigerated in the box. We do not accept liability for any damaged or spoiled products left unrefrigerated after the order has be signed for. If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have given to us for any reason, you will be informed either by our selected courier or directly by Cocktail Market. If we cannot deliver to you through no fault of our own we reserve the right to charge you for that delivery in any event. If it is possible we will arrange an alternative delivery point with you and we reserve the right to charge you for the alternative arrangements. The price charged will depend on the cost to us and will be applied on a case-by-case basis. Where a customer wishes to purchase multiple products with different delivery dates or locations, these orders must be placed and paid for individually.

+ Payment
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Our products do use seasonal ingredients and as such we reserve the right to make price changes at any time. We aim for these to be as infrequent as possible. We also reserve the right to apply promotions to our products at any time. All orders placed prior to the introduction of a promotion will not be included within the promotion. Only one debit/credit card can be accepted per booking. There are circumstances where we may refuse to accept an order. If the product is not available we will not accept an order. If there has been an error in pricing a product or group of products we will not accept an order. If we are not able to obtain card authorisation an order will not be accepted. If the customer does not meet the criteria outlined in the terms and conditions we will not accept an order. If the delivery address selected incurs additional delivery charges you will be informed of this by email and given the option to pay the associated charges or cancel the order.
Confirmations of an order will be sent by email.
Cocktail Market will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your payment secure, however, unless we have been negligent, we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access from a third party when making a booking on our website. Please see Privacy Policy for details of the payment portal used to accept payments.
+ Cancellations
It is not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 2 full working days before the delivery date. Cancellations should be received in writing via email (from the person who placed the order). Cancellations received with 2 full days notice from the delivery date may incur a £20.00 administration charge at the discretion of Cocktail Market.
+ Offers and discount codes
All offers are extended subject to availability. Cocktail Market has the right to withdraw an offer at any time or refuse to provide the offer to a customer for any reason. Only one offer or discount code can be used per transaction. This includes partner offers and discounts. All discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

We do not share your data or pass on personal information to third parties except where this is necessary to provide the products and service that you have requested. We will use your data for the administration of the website and provide our services to you. We will also use it for direct marketing purposes where we have requested consent from you. It is our aim to be correct in everything that is stated on this website but Cocktail Market is not liable if a mistake has been made. We also aim to provide an up to date and uninterrupted service, however, we cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. Your access to the website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cocktail Market disclaims all warranties; express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms and conditions. Contents on this website are directed solely at consumers who access it from the United Kingdom. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
