Havana 3 Year Old rum, fresh lime and lime peel infused sugar syrup.
We use an old punch makers technique to use the whole of the lime. Grated zest is packed into dry sugar which wicks away all the aromatic oils. Mixed with fresh lime juice and then blended with the rum.
This cocktail is allergen free.
Pour over a generous handful of fresh bruised mint, lots of cubed ice and top with a splash of chilled soda water.
Stir and garnish generously with fresh mint sprigs.

These are freshly made and unpasteurised with no added colours, flavours, stabilisers or preservatives.
This is a natural product - packed full of fresh fruit - so it will separate. Shake the bottle before serving
Cocktails will arrive very cold - keep refrigerated (below 5 degrees) and enjoy with 5 days. Please do not freeze.

Because cocktails are sent out chilled - next day is only available for all orders completed before midday on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We currently don't deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders completed after midday will be processed the next relevant working day. Orders completed after midday on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
You can also select a delivery date as long as its a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Please make sure that someone is in to take the delivery. All deliveries must be accepted by a person over the age of 18 and should be placed directly into a refrigerator. Our carrier wont just leave the order at an address.
